I noticed this building getting renovated downtown on Broad St. Anyone know what it is going to be? The upper floors are are not very deep, will be awkward to make good use of that space.

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) -- The historic Beehive building on Broad Street is getting three new tenants.

The structure, soon-to-be-named "972 Broad" will house LOOP, Milestone Construction, and 3D Development. All three are described as home-grown companies that "are enthusiastic about their move downtown."

I wonder if The Hive next door got the inspiration for their name from this bldg? I never knew that building had a name. Always thought it had an unusual configuration.
