I'd like to agree with you, but I don't think 2009 will be a great year for growth for any place in the country.. but luckily the economy in Augusta never got hyoer inflated like it did in many other bigger cities.. so there won't be a big crash here. But I think a lot of big projects will be put on hold for a cpl of years until the economy improves.

I don't know since Augusta has alot of goverment projects going on. Which will continue construction no matter how the economy is.
