Slightly? In your dreams. Oh and that's only two of the mega projects proposed or under construction in the area. Should I post links for the others?

I find it funny how some people on here act like their city is the only one around building lifestyle centers.. This is a national trend folks.. Just about any metro area over 250,000 ppl are building lifestyle centers. This is not some concept unique to your city.
But on an aside.. I've always thought that cities that boasted about their shopping malls were the ones without interesting or vibrant urban centers.. so the shopping mall served as a substitue for a real downtown. I'd rather have a vibrant downtown anyday over a mega shopping mall.. That's why I hardly ever went to Georgia Square Mall when I lived in Athens.

I think the Village At Riverwatch is a terrible idea. I'd been against it since the beginning. It's right next to the canal too. I thought strip malls were done with!
