Default North Richmond

What part of the city is considered North Richmond. Im planning on moving to Augusta from Jacksonville. In a few months and need some help about the area. I was told North Richmond is one of the most populated area's of the city. And has one of the highest median incomes also. What neighborhoods or areas are in North Richmond.

I have never heard the term North Richmond. Technically, downtwon Augusta is in North Richmond County. There is a North Augusta, SC.. which is a separate city alltogether and is just north across the river from downtown Augusta.
they may have been referring to West Augusta.
