Default Palmetto Parkway: Augusta, North Augusta or Aiken
Palmetto Parkway a loop the circle around the core of the CSRA. On the Ga side it's Bobby Jones and on the SC side Palmetto Parkway. Which city capitalizes from this project. Augusta? Making more easier to get to downtown and Fort Gordon. North Augusta? Relieving traffic and plenty of land to develope along the loop. Aiken? Who knows

South richmond, East Augusta, and North Augusta will benefit the most from the interstate.

South Richmond? Is that south Augusta? or Blyth & Hephizah? In what way wouth it help East Augusta?
