Walton way around Augusta state university, summerville, and the hill area. And pleasant home-davis rd area both in West Augusta. North Augusta is pretty walkable but its not in the city. Even though its 2 minutes from downtown. Downtown on broad street, olde towne, and other areas downtown offer what you want too.
