Dave & Buster's
I keep hearing that they're coming to Augusta. They just need to find the right location for the building. I first heard it was coming to VAR, then to aug mall, now i'm hearing either off I-20 or I-520. Anybody else heard anything about this?

omg i would be so happy. i drive to atlanta and charlotte just for those reason.
augusta has nothing like that. u cant count adventure crossing and their probably 10 arcade machines. lol that place is garbage. putt putt is ghetto and has nothing fun to do either.
lasertag at adventure crossing is the only thing that augusta has going for it as far as entertainment of that sort
dave and busters will be a spot for adults and kids alike...get drunk and let your kids have fun at the same time.
ive never seen anything like dave and busters before

Any update on this?? I've not heard any info on Dave and Busters coming to Augusta, but certain ppl seem to have some sort of "insider" knowledge. Is this true? Are they coming to Augusta?

Dave and Busters only locate in cities with a population of 500,000 or more so don't count on one in Augusta anytime soon. I went to the D&B in Jacksonville a few months ago and wasn't impressed with it at all. Can't seem to figure out what the hype is over one. I find Frankies Fun Park to be better myself.

It seems to be a slightly more adult version of Chuck E Cheese.. I too am not sure what all the hype is about. I once went to the one in Marietta, it was okay... but was really just an overblown arcade with some restaurants. Based on the scale of the place, it would be hard to imagine one locating in Augusta... the one in Marietta was very large if I remember correctly. I'd much rather have a nice bowling alley anyday.

They being saying that same thing about Dave and buster planning to come to Macon too.... I guess Augusta and Macon will have to wait and see if it ever happen.

Macon doesn't have the population or the disposable income to support Dave & Busters.
Augusta is probably on their radar, though.

Macon does have the population and income to support Dave & Busters, want you go some where a hold you breath instead of creeping around to find way to turn a positive post about Macon into something negative or bashing. I think Augusta and Macon are both well able to support a Dave & Busters. I think both cities are being looked at according to the rumors....So find something else to do.
