Coach, Aldo, Aerie, and Sephora are inside.

Apple could go either way inside the mall or in the promenade.

Nah not yet. Ours won't open until late 2009/early 2010.

Juicy Coture, Cheesecake Factory, Dave and Busters, Lacoste, Diesel, Betsy Johnson, Ed Hardy, Steve Madden, California Pizza Kitchen, Trader Joes, and Saks should be in Augusta. I know Costco is coming to Augusta. We need more retail/restaurants though. The chronicle did a article recently. The median income in the city is up $45,000. I know the metro now is probably 60 to 70k.

The Cheesecake Factory, REI and California Pizza Kitchen were slated for the Village at Riverwatch along with Barnes and Nobles, Apple, William Sanoma and Dicks. Barnes and Noble, Apple, William Sanoma and Dicks came to the mall so I expect that the others will invest here also. I hope REI and The Cheesecake Factory especially will follow through with their decision to come to Augusta.
