We will be relocating in a few months and have been looking at Windmill Plantation or Knob Hill. Looking for opinions on both neighborhoods.

We have lived in Knob Hill for 5 years and like it alot. The neighborhood is very diverse for Columbia County with people of color and Northerners well represented. Military make up a good part of the neighborhood too. Neighbors tend to keep to themselves and leave each other alone. Windmill Plantation is similar but with hillbillies with money thrown in. Riverwood Plantation was too pricey for us at the time we bought, but has since added some more moderately priced homes, however, Riverwood Plantation had very little diversity and was too "Southern" for our taste so we were'nt comfortable when we looked in there.
