Default Apple store coming to Augusta mall

Wow! Augusta now is started to get every store almost. I think we are becoming GA's truely second city more & more. With the retail we have that in georgia can only be found in metro Atlanta.

Fifth Georgia Store Added to Schedule

All of Georgia’s Apple stores are clustered within a 27-mile circle north and east of Atlanta, but not for long. Apple will open a retail store at the Augusta Mall in that city, 125 miles east of Atlanta.

I love going to the apple store. Does anybody know whether it will be located inside the mall or in the promenade?

Default Apple is already in Augusta

Just wanted to point out that Apple is already in Augusta. PeachMac is one of the country's largest Apple dealers, and recently opened a store on Washington Road in Evans. We stock more than twice as many items as an Apple company store and no appointment is needed for service.

Has construction started on the Apple Store yet? I would think so if it's supposed to open in July.

I'm assuming the store would be at Augusta Mall, so I doubt there would need to be a whole lot of construction.

It is going to be at the Augusta Mall and yes you would see construction. They have to upfit the retail space. Also, there should be a big black wall up where the store is to go.
