Augusta has the 18th strongest housing market in the USA according to Forbes Magazine.


More positive news for the metro area.

New home construction can be found anywhere in the metro area. Aiken, West Augusta, Downtown, Martinez, Hephzibah, Thomson, Edgefield, Grovetown, Harlem, South Augusta, Beech Island, Appling, Blythe, Waynesboro, Keysville, Mcbean, Graniteville, North Augusta, New Ellenton, Evans, Clearwater, Dearing etc. A new neighborhood is building on gordon hwy off Jimmie dyess. Jimmie dyess new homes in West Augusta are off the charts already.
