Default Thomson

Thomson has had positive cash flow for years. It wouldn't suprise me if they built a Mall.

actually Thomson would be the ideal location for an outlet mall. It has interstate access and it is far enough away from major retail malls. outlet malls tend to locate about 45 minutes outside of metro areas... but Thomson is still big enough to supply a labor force for an outlet mall. I wouldn't expect this to happen anytime soon with the shape of the economy, but but woulnd't be surprised to see a large outlet mall in thomson in the next 10 years.

Thomson..definately yes....Hephzibah..probably not so much.
Outlet malls like to be near interstate hwys..the only way I can see an outlet mall ever location to Hephzibah is if that I3 ever its built from Augusta to Savannah. Plus Thomson is just far enough away from Augusta for an outlet mall (they usually don't want to locate too close to other larger retail malls)
