barii is on a distinguished road
I think the economy has hurt some projects of course. But Saint sebastian, library, jb townhomes, cancer research center, judicial center, I-520/i-20 flyovers, 1-20/520 widening, Wheeler town park, green building, emporium condos, knology building on wheeler rd, mcg dental and medical school's, paine college building, & adp building are just a few of the projects in the city limits. That are still going through construction despite the economy.

Most of the projects you listed are Government projects.. road construction, library, MCG expansion. I think the private developments are goiung to be on hold for a while..nothing peculiar to Augusta, this is happening all over the country.
