Working downtown? Apt/loft near by
I will be relocating to Augusta in the future. Im working downtown and need help on loft/apt near downtown. My budget can afford $1100k to rent.

There are numerous lofts for rent directly downtown. You should look under Haltermann Partners or Rex development. Any loft for rent should be udner your target price...Good luck

The are several houses for sale and rent in Old Towne. With a budget of 1100/mo you pretty much have your pick of the bunch. Even the White's Building might have one rental open for a one bedroom at 1250/mo. Old Towne wise every house/apartment will be under that budgeted figure.
How many bedrooms/bathrooms do you need?
