Default Things to do and other questions...
Does the Columbia County Rec & Parks department or some othe rgroup offer recreational adult education classes (Dance/art/cooking etc)?

What other types of activities go on in the area during the week? My wife will not be working intially when we move and I want to make sure she isn't going to go stir crazy during the day.

Any recommendations on a gym in Evans?

Should be plenty to do... will she be entertaining kids? If so, ages?

Besides Evans most of Augusta can be covered in a 15-20 min drive so the Mall, downtown, etc. are all options as well. The YMCA on wheeler road was recently renovated... but are you speaking about Gold's Gym in Evans?
