If you're so amazingly interested in Greenville instead of Augusta, there's a whole forum section just for YOU. Just thinking out loud here...

If you will do your research you will notice Greenville was brought up. That's when I responded to back up my area. Keep Greenville out of your discussions and I won't have a thing to say, but if you distort the facts when referencing Greenville I will be here to get the facts straight. Oh, you can choose to not read my posts or respond. You don't run anything and aren't anyone special.

Hahahahahha GeorgiaTransplant.....Nobody cares about greenville here. It's the fact that people from greenville keeps posting on this forum. So what if Chattanooga is coming to greenville for ideas. Atlanta officials have been going to other cities to figure out how to fix their traffic problems. So again, who cares about greenville. Ya'll need to worry about saving your Shriner's Hospital for kids.

Newest numbers released today: SC edged up to 11.5% in April from 11.4% in March. Greenville County is still at 9.5%. Regardless, the lines are very long at the local Greenville County One Stop office on Pendleton Street. Unfortunately, I can attest to this first-hand.

And it still has double the GDP of Augusta so its economy is still stronger. Something else please to prove your city is doing better. You can't beat GDP numbers. They tell the real story. When you look at numbers you guys are behind anyway you slice it. Throw all the insults and name calling you want. It just shows the level of intelligence.

Economy-Augusta, GA
In recent years, Augusta has become a center of medicine, biotechnology, and military. The Medical College of Georgia, the state's only public health sciences graduate university, employs over 7,000 people. Along with University Hospital, the Medical District of Augusta employs over 25,000 people and has a economic impact of over $1.8 billion. [14]
Along with the Medical College of Georgia, the city's three largest employers include the Savannah River Site (a Department of Energy nuclear facility) and the U.S. Army Signal Center at Fort Gordon.
Companies that have facilities, headquarters or distribution centers in Augusta include Electrolux (US headquarters), CareSouth, T-Mobile, Solo Cup Company, Automatic Data Processing, International Paper, NutraSweet, Teleperformance, E-Z-GO, Club Car, John Deere, Procter & Gamble, and Kellogg's.---------------Economy Greenville,SC
Greenville's economy was formerly based largely on textile manufacturing, and the city was once known as "The Textile Capital of the World." In the last few decades, low wages and favorable tax benefits have lured foreign companies to invest heavily in the area. The city is the North American headquarters for Michelin and sole manufacturing location for BMW in The Americas. Recently, the International Center for Automotive Research has been created
When the former Donaldson Air Force Base closed, the land became the Donaldson Center Industrial Air Park, and is home to a Lockheed Martin Aircraft and Logistics Center, as well as 3M and Honeywell.------From Wikipedia.org

You copied all of that, but still didn't say anything. So let me help. Greenville GDP is 20+ billion and Augusta's is 13 billion. Greenville's economy is better. This tells the whole story.
