We have recently looked at a home in the Canterbury Farms subdivision in Grovetown. Does anyone out there have any information on this place or on the builder?

Thanks.

Thanks. I have already read the website; was looking more for personal experience from people who perhaps live there or nearby. Since the original post, we have decided to go ahead and make an offer on a home there.

My wife and I looked at a few houses in Canterbury a while ago in the Highgate section and liked what we saw, but ultimately chose another house elsewhere because of location alone. It definitely wasn't because of the house. I have a friend that lives in one of the back sections of Canterbury and they love it. It's definitely a neighborhood catering to the newer "design" in terms of exterior eye-candy, not many of those neighborhoods around. Also, my dads girlfriend works for a real-estate attorney in town... and as soon as I mentioned Ivey builders, she said they're about the best builder as you'll find in the area. I don't think you'll be disappointed with the houses and that area of town is definitely becoming more attractive to set up shop in. PLENTY of new construction with similar styles also going on at William Few and Hardy McManus Roads. Good luck!

I myself is in the process or relocation down there as well. Canterbury farms is top on my list. Windmill Plantation was beautiful also, but out of my smaller price range.

You tube has some neighborhood tour videos posted by Realtor( my Realtor included) you can also look them up and see if they offer any.
