Just curious about the Pepperidge subdivision. Have two daughters, 5 and 2, but homeschooling. We are military and will be in the area for a few years. Noticed there were a few homes that look nice on the internet, but curious as to why they may seem listed a little cheaper than other homes of their size and condition...again from what I see on the Web.

Is it a high crime area? Ethnically diverse or a single race population? A lot military?

Any insight would be great.

I do know Evans, Grovetown, and Martinez are good locations...just keeping all options open at the moment.

Thanks for your reply in advance.

Its a big, older neighborhood, but a solid neighborhood community. Military do live all around Pepperidge.

The Grovetown address on the outskirts, not in the city is a good location. The city limits itself not so much. . Stay away from most of the older apts in Martinez and Evans. Hephzibah is little further up from Pepperidge. Diamond Lakes and back into the city limits of Hephzibah, tend to be the most desirable areas of Hephzibah.
