Where can I find a 180k-200k neighborhood to live in/around West Augusta? I'll be moving to Augusta for work. I'm looking for an affordable, nice, and safe area. Whats a good place to live and easy commute back & forth to downtown?

Are you stuck on new home construction? Where are you trying to stay near in West Augusta? Any special requirements?

I second Elderberry, and suggest Breckenridge, Cameron, and Granite Mill. A 20-25 minute ride to downtown from this area of West Augusta.

In general anywhere in West Augusta is a nice place to live.

If you're not a big fan of sitting in traffic all day. You may want to consider the cities/towns of Blythe, Hephzibah, and Mcbean in Richmond county. Along with the areas of Willis Foreman rd, Brown rd, Diamond Lakes, Old Waynesboro rd, and Goshen in South Augusta. These areas are zoned for Cross Creek or Hephzibah high school.
