Default what are the ramps over riverwatch?

I returned to Augusta after a 3 year hiatus, and noticed supports for ramps on Riverwatch parkway by 15th street. Can anyone tell me about this project?

Saint Sebastian... $30 million dollar downtown. Provide easy access to the Medical District..

Info on Saint Sebastian..

Extending St. Sebastian Way from Walton Way, over the 1st and 3rd Levels of the Augusta Canal to Reynolds Street.

• Widening of Greene Street between CSX railroad crossing and 15th Street

• Extending Greene Street from 15th Street, parallel to the CSX railroad track, over Hawk’s Gully, through Broad Street, to a grade-separated crossing over the CSX rail line to a grade-separated interchange with Riverwatch Parkway.

• Improvements to 15th Street from north of Butts Bridge to Reynolds Street.

Bicycle lanes and sidewalk walk improvements that connect to the mixed-use path along the 1st Level of the Augusta Canal.

Improved roadway lighting with decorative fixtures.

• Upgrade or construction of ten traffic signals.

• Widening or construction of six bridges.

Medians to improve safety and bridge designs that will maintain the historic character of the area.

My favorites in bold..

Im excited to see what happens in the end. But why do we need six bridges? Talk about overkill.

People who are coming back to Augusta. After returning from a couple of years. Truly will be shocked and not recognize the city. The area around Interstate 20 was changing everyday at times.
