I think you are correct. From the WTP article.....

Development in the area has also led traffic planners to consider extending the nearby Frontage Road to the roundabout on Scott Nixon Memorial Drive but plans are still being discussed, according to Steve Cassell, a Richmond County traffic engineer.

Just an fyi...WTP is planned to be just a bit bigger than AE...WTP is to have 300,000 sf while AE is just under 275,000 sf...

To be to fair to Augusta Exchange. The Best Buy shopping center, the two shopping centers near Savannah River Bank, The Regal Exchange, and the shopping center on Agerton Lane. Aren't in those figures. I think Surrey Center should become bigger. I wonder how big it is?

Ok really tho, I'm excited about wtp, I know that that area should have been developed along time ago!! I wish these stores would hurry up and confirm! Nortonguy how does the fiscal quarter thing work, when does it start and end?

WTP is making more progress. I had to get a couple of things from Sams today. It looks like now another road is under construction. There is also foundation for a building/buildings near I-20.
