But there are several whites who stay in hephzibah area. The areas you just named are not the city limits of hephzibah but the outer parts. The outer parts are closer to augusta but have a hephzbiah address. Yes some black military families are moving to the outer parts of the area. But places like goshen or inside the city of hephzibah are definitely white. The city of hephzibah is 75% white and very rural. Like you said the newer homes are being built now. So of course some of the older housing is still standing. But aslong as the new housing is being built eventually they will. Start tearing down the older housing piece by piece. Windsor spring rd is supposed to be widen by 2009. Alot of the old housing you're talking about will be tore down. Since they sit on the main road to close to cars. So eventually only new housing will be up in the outer parts and inside the city.

I live and work in Hephzibah, Georgia. As with any area you have your good and bad qualities. It is a town with a population of about 4,000, we have our own Elementary, Middle, and high school. We have several grocery stores, dollar stores, banks, a post office, fast food( taco bell, KFC, sonic, McDonalds, pizza hut, huddle house,subway, baldinos, mexican and chinese}, movie rental stores, etc. There are a large number of sex offenders in the mcBean area, but just as many in Augusta. I have seen some blogs about racism. I have never seen any form of racism in Hepzibah but have in the augusta area.

Hephzibah is a town that is stepping its game up lately. More new neighborhoods being built that cost over 300, 400k in south richmond

Goshen in hephzibah is a private community and has a golf course. I think you would love living there.
