Default Moving downtown

I'm getting ready to leave Minneapolis for Augusta. So I've been thinking on where to move. The downtown area seems really nice. Where's the best place downtown to live? Rent $900 per month. I am searching for a loft in good location.

I would go ahead and say Artist Row IMO. Another place you might want to look at is Enterprise Mill.

Don't know the particulars, but I've heard Enterprise Mill is rather expensive, is $900 a month enough? What do apartments go for there, I'm quite curious myself.

The OP can find a 1 bedroom flat, loft, or studio for $750 to $900 in Enterprise Mill. You might find something for $700 per month.

Do you have a link or do you happen to know how much a 2 bedroom apartment would be in Enterprise Mill, I looked on their website but they didn't list prices. I was curious as I plan on relocating closer to MCG in a year or so.

Sorry for hijacking your thread OP.

Living downtown can provide a great experience! Consider living in the Whites condos or anywhere on Broad street in Old Towne. There is a nice variety of restaurants. My three favorites are Broad Street Market, Casa Blanca, and Nacho Mamas. Excellent Imperial theatre.

My friend moved from North Augusta into the Firehouse apartments. He's been living there since June 2009. They're modern and in a nice location.
