The Marbury Center is worth taking at look at.

The groups of buyers I've seen downtown. The properties owned by Rex seem to get the better feedback.

Hi , I'm moving to Augusta in June and have a similar taste to what you all are describing. I live in a downtown setting right now and would like to keep that going. I'll look into the loft tour but would appreciate any additional suggestions that anyone would have. I'll be content with a studio but would prefer a 1 bedroom. Location is key, I like being within walking distance of everything.

Thanks-
