What age group? Football is in pretty much every grade through high school.

College? UT or ACC Intramural teams

Older than that? Soccer leagues are probably easier to find. Adults tend to stop wanting to get constantly injured if they can help it. But flag football can be found in city leagues http://capitalcityflagfootball.com/ and the YMCA. You can probably get the word on informal flag football pickup games at UT tailgates or sports bars..

I know a very good game that plays throughout the fall, winter, and spring if you're dedicated. It is heavy contact flag football, so hard blocking and stiff arms, but just not tackling. You'd have to be dedicated and willing to make it out most saturday mornings during the season.

Let me know if you're interested. It starts up again in early September.

The city league can be pretty frustrating because of penalty paralysis. So many rules you can barely get through a game, and the game is only 60 minutes total including stoppages. It ends up being about 15 minutes of running around for all the trouble.
