What's going on with Austin and Manor? What are those ISD's doing to address those issues. Finally, do all these ratings: Explempary, Recognized, Acceptable really mean anything? These ratings systems seem to be a religion around here but are we just kidding ourselves?

If you consider that only 38% of AISD high schools, and only 23% of the middle schools were 'recognized' or better, that would seem fall in line with the lackluster graduation rates. Wouldn't you agree? The real shortfall of AISD seems to be occurring on the northside of town.
