My friend went there last SAT. There were not much furniture for sale. He said there were tons of decoration flowers and small tables. Not worth of going if you are looking for furniture.

I went on Sunday and it was packed! It seems everyone in Austin had empty houses to fill. And the store is like the back part of a TJ Maxx blown into a full store. The line was probably 30-people long but they had plenty of registers open to keep things moving

It's about time! I tend to think of Homegoods as Super Marshall's, since it's owned by the parent company of Marshall's and TJ Maxx. Not a furniture store, but definitely a home furnishings/decor store...a lot of my random kitchen items came from one in the Houston area.

I hope they eventually plan to put one up on the northside of town as well.

Default Home Goods

In Michigan I worked as a Realtor / home stager and was on a first name basis with the manager of several Home Goods. LOVE IT. Great for accessories, lamps, linens, big area rugs, Smaller furniture items.

Like TJ Maxx sometimes it's a treasure trove and sometimes it's a bust. Devotees find out when the major truck deliveries are and check in on delivery days. The nicer furniture pieces go fast.
