I love the weather we're having! Sure beats the blizzard conditions we had back in Nebraska at this time last year....you won't hear me complaining!

It can be, I love this weather! This is absolutely perfect right now.
In any case the reason the weather can change overnight is that we either get fronts blowing in from the north in which case it goes to freezing immediately (we can drop 20 degrees within hours) or we get gulf air from the south in which case it is nice and warm.
Personally I dislike the cold now (originally from up north) so this weather is perfect.
