If you do move to Austin, remember buying fuel is self-service. No one will pump gas for you at the gas station.
I have family moving to Portland and just recently found out that both Oregon and New Jersey do not allow people to fuel their cars.
Beggars belief..... a bit of information for Austinites to read:
