Sushi is the one food item I can't bring myself to buy at a trailer. Especially in the summertime! Perhaps I need to get over that and try it...

Best trailer not on the list: Lucky J's.

In a town loaded with BBQ choices, this is a strong standout. Small batches of outstanding meats with distinctive flavor!

Won't be serving out of a trailer much longer. They are scheduled to move in march, into the old Ben's Long Branch Barbecue, 900 east 11th st.

Franklin Barbecue, Austin, Tx

Well, I decided it would be too hard to vote for just one and you can still get a good indication which are the best overall. It is not a perfect science but it still gets the job done.
