In general I think it's good when corps move their HQ's to Austin. This brings a number of higher paid white collar workers to town, which, IMHO, is a good thing (even if they are transplants). Inevitably some will decline to move, and even once they get here natural turn over will help to create more jobs. Now if we bend over for them, that's not good, but overall I take this as being a positive thing. And unlike folks like Google and their dev group here, an HQ tends to be a more stable resident.

Hopefully their food quality will improve along with the move.

I sort of think In-n-out is a tad overrated. Its decent quality for the price and the fries are pretty good too. But I personally think it just about average. You want a good burger? Go to Waffle house and order up one of their Patty Melts. Too bad they don't have Waffle Houses in California... I miss them!

It's a good quick burger, nothing more.
