I love Craigslist, but I know that I am missing out on the local papers/websites. Can someone recommend different on-line classifieds? Thank you!!

What area are you looking...what price range?

My husband and I always mocked the instant communities, but after being forced to live in one (home price was excellent) we realized that it was exactly what we needed as parents of young children. There is always something for them to do, the schools are usually exceptional, I love the block parties, and the instant feeling of community was welcome after living in areas where there where no children, parks, or community events. That said, my husband and I have been looking into Circle C and Steiner Ranch. I haven't even been to Austin yet, so that may change once I visit. We're looking for a place with trees, community, good schools, and any where from $2K to $3K.

Thank you for the help!
