RIATA wasn't too bad as far as apartments go. I lived there 4/05-4/06. I was in a 1 bedroom in Woodtrail - and moved because I was pregnant. I think I was paying about $650. I never had any problems with the staff/facilty.
It is aesthetically pleasing. I really loved the "neighborhood" feel and would go jog around the streets & trails in the area. The gym is a plus, as well as the 24 hour computer lab. Also thought the landscaping was nice
It is conveniently located to everything north. I had friendly neighbors and my apt was in a good location, plenty of parking.They were always havng functions going on.
