Does anyone have any feedback or advice (god and bad) on renting in RIATA...also if can provide and feedback on RED OAKS neighborhood in Cedar Park (we are also considering renting a house there) - we aim to rent for a short time before eventually buying a house (we have a 2 year old so any feedback with respect to kid friendly atmosphere will help us in maiking our decision)

RIATA wasn't too bad as far as apartments go. I lived there 4/05-4/06. I was in a 1 bedroom in Woodtrail - and moved because I was pregnant. I think I was paying about $650. I never had any problems with the staff/facilty.

It is aesthetically pleasing. I really loved the "neighborhood" feel and would go jog around the streets & trails in the area. The gym is a plus, as well as the 24 hour computer lab. Also thought the landscaping was nice It is conveniently located to everything north. I had friendly neighbors and my apt was in a good location, plenty of parking. They were always havng functions going on.
