I am a single guy late 20s. I currently live near Philly and i hate it. I want to live somewhere with warm, sunny weather and nice people. I have heard fantastic things about Austin from friends who have visited or moved there. Supposedly, pretty much everybody in Austin is nice! I have never been there, but I hope to visit sometime this year and possibly move next year if i like it.
