Moving to Austin in June. Looking for short term furnished apt. to rent while we wait for our current home to sell. We want to be in the same school district so we don't have to switch schools when we are ready to buy. Anyone have any experience with corporate housing/short term apts in that area? Thanks!

There is not a whole lot in the way of apartments and I can't recall any extended stay hotels out that way. SR does have an apartment complex and sometimes apartments have "visitor" apartments for short term lease...you'd have to contact Steiner Ranch.
That area is not too far from lake travis and a condo/townhouse/house rental might be something to consider...tho June is high season...maybe contact a real estate agency for short term rentals of that type.
