Is there a particular website/source where you can see how much it rained in past 24 hrs?

You can enter your zip code on Weather.com and get the stats for the month by day.

Problem is, two miles from us likely got close to three inches of rain in the last 48hrs and we got one 'sprinkle' and <1/2" today. VERY hit or miss with these last three days of storms.

Wunderground.com is also a good place to look. You can select from a number of weather stations around town. The closest one to me shows 2.63" of rain today.

Hydromet

The hydromet site shows rainful, water flow, current levels etc. You can adjust the time period to see a variety of time periods.
