Assuming Mueller continues bringing improvements to the area where would you get the most bang for the buck in an around 78721-78723?

Probably the West side of 78723 is the best bet, but it had better be a long term plan. The East side over near Springdale Road is still a pretty rough neighborhood. Many areas along Manor Road looked pretty rough the last time I was up there.
78721 has lots of industrial areas in it, so its not as likely to improve very quickly.
Schools are not great in either area, although some are better then others. Check out this school performance map.
