Default Help with a few apt listings

Hi All,

I was hoping to get a little help from you all, regarding temporary housing. We are relocating to Austin, TX and need a place to live by Sept. 1.

I contacted an apartment locator and she gave us a few apartment complexes. Of the ones she gave us, I selected 4. I have the street address and names and wondered if anyone knew about these places, if they could shed some light.

The following is the list

Logans Mill
1912 E. WILLIAM CANNON
zip 78744

Waters at Bluff Spring
7707 S IH 35
zip 78744

Centennial
7001 SOUTH CONGRESS
zip 78745

Sterling Springs
2809 W. WILLIAM CANNON
zip 78745

Just to update you on our situation. We are a married couple with one child. We are looking to lease/rent anywhere from 3-6 months while we search for a home. Ideally, we wanted to stay west of 35. We are looking for a more family oriented environment with less college kids. I don't particulary want to be near creeks or anything like that. I know the closer you are too nature, the closer your chances for critters and critters freak me out!

Oh and I know one is on So.Congress, which I don't think we'll mind, as long as it's not populated with partying college kids. No offense to the college kids, I was once in college too, but we are looking for more of a family atmosphere.

Anyway, any help on any of the above listings would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Pam

Default Ps

I forgot to mention, we are flying out to Austin this coming weekend and plan to view the apartments at that time. But if we can weed out any bad ones now, we rather do that.

Thanks!
