I'm moving to Austin and will probably stay in central for school.

I work in a spa and typically the nicer the area, the better the money.

I know cedar park is pretty nice, and I also tried job hunting in Pflugerville. What are some other areas I should look into?

I'm going to Austin on the 25th of this month, and if I can narrow the search down and know what areas to look into, it'd be a lot easier.
Thanks for the help!

Bee Caves and Lakeway are two nice areas. There may be a glut of spas though.. I get emailed a coupon for a spa about once every other day - profit margins must be tight. I would look for a spa that offers services a cut above rather than focusing on any particular area.

Westlake
Enfield/Central Austin west of campus

Those are probably the priciest real estate wise.

Westlake and Downtown seem like areas that would fetch high dollar amounts.

Cedar Park is fine, and it's just North of Austin.
The part of Austin it borders, Avery Ranch, is very nice and has many spas

Very nice area

I don't consider Cedar Park and Pflugerville to be the nicest part of Austin. I would check out Westlake, Rollingwood, Enfield, and the downtown area.

If you're gonna be living Central, then you should look for a job close to Central. Downtown, Rollingwood, West Lake come to mind. Cedar Park/Plugerville are way North from where you wanna live. The commute is not gonna be fun especially with work and school.

Cedar Park? Are you kidding me? That is about a classless of a suburb as it gets (with 1431 being a classic example) Avery Ranch is about the last tolerable neighborhood in northwest austin that actually has diversity and high income people. Indians, Asian, Middle Eastern, all seem to blend in this area. Contrary to the rest of Austin and burbs which is almost exclusively white bred.
