We are at 54 so far. Anyone know how many days in a row we are at now? Just curious. I think we will break that record too.

I love the Sauna feeling we're getting. I swear being outside and working out in it, I really lost over 15 lbs in two-weeks. This is great benefit for the fat people here in Austin, and we have plenty of them.
Stop eating all that BBQ and Fast-foods and hiding out in the AC and get out here and workout in it!! Let's make it a goal that Texas is not only the largest State w/ the fattest people, but also the biggest State w/ the slimm'est people(s).

Get out and work out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111

But also beware heat exhaustion. My dad was out working on his farm earlier this year and collapsed from heat exhaustion. He was in the hospital for a week.

Staying hydrated is the key. This does not mean drinking 1-2 gallons of cold water before working out in the heat or doing yard work.
You have to prepare at least 36 hrs before doing such activites.

Carefull out there folks!!
