I have an injury I need to see a surgeon about but have no health insurance. Are there any resources in the area or any suggestions anyone can give me? It is a pre existing condition so even if I did find insurance it would be a huge wait for it to even be approved. Thanks

My husband had to get that. It took several weeks to kick in. Only thing is, is not really that cheap. I just had my gallbladder removed at the Cedar Park Surgery Center. I get insurance through my job, but they say they work with people regardless of ability to pay, and they do lots of orthopedic surgeries there. While I was in the waiting room I heard different people say they were having hand, wrist, or knee surgeries as well.

Hit up the Atlanta boards. Up top. U.S. Forums. Then Georgia then Atlanta.

You can be seen at Grady normally without any insurance. Especially if you can make it look like it's emergent.
