Default Belterra- HOA strict?
I left them a message on Thursday and got no call back. Just wondered how strict they are with neatness of the yards in neighborhoods. Do they issue fines?
Hoping for a response from someone who lives there until I call them tomorrow pm. Thanks!

The HOA is not as strict as some. People do get letters for unkempt yards. I've never known anyone to be fined.
