I'm willing to travel a bit (2 or 3 hours) for any Christmas market that resembles a traditional European style market. They have them all over the US, but I'm not finding much in TX. I did find one in Tomball, TX but I'm curious to hear if anyone's been? Also, what ever happened to the Dicken's festival thing on 6th street? From my google searches it seems like they may not be doing it this year

Isn't the Dicken's Festival in Galveston? When did Austin get one?

Not trying to divert but can someone explain what that globe is on the bottom of that page with the ring around it?

Dickens on the Strand is in Galveston and it is FUN! I am not aware of a similar thing here in Austin.

It's a heathen symbol for the New World Order of one global government ruling all nations.

On top of that, it's also a free way for a website to get a little tracker that can tell them where their viewers are coming from and what site referred them. You can click on it and see who's been there and where they came from.

this is what I saw in regards to the 6th street festival:
Victorian Christmas Festival, Austin, Texas

I am seriously considering the Dickens on the Strand in Galveston. Also, has anyone been to the Caswell House?

There's a Christmas market in New Braunfels next weekend. I don't know how authentic it is, as I've never been there, but it sounds interesting.
