I've had shark and a buffalo burger...both good. Of course, they have oysters, shrimp, salmon, etc.

As some others in our group mentioned, we've driven by the place dozens of times; but never thought to stop in. They have a lively lunch crowd and seem to cater to many regulars. Drop by Friday after 1100 if you're in the neighborhood

The shrimp po boys here are fantastic. Everything else I tried was 'meh'. But I do go back for the Po Boy!!

The Po Boys at French Quarter Grill in Austin, only available for lunch, are really good.

IM Thai
IM Thai Cuisine Locations

Two locations, one in Austin and another in Buda. We go to the Austin location.

Nothing earth-shattering or Yelp-asm worthy but solid and pretty consistent. I have always ordered takeout but the place seems perfectly fine for dine-in. Their Pad-Thai was good - light not too oily, at least when I ordered it.

Went to the St Philip grand opening today and was NOT impressed whatsoever!! Maybe I set my expectations a bit high because of how much I enjoy Uchi/Uchiko. Nonetheless I will not be back for a "Kings Ransom" for a dinner for four at quality I can get at half the price at other types of similar establishments. The decor and setting was nice at least but the service, food, and price all stunk. Usually I would give a place a chance to work at the kinks and revisit it several months down the line but gosh I dunno. Maybe if I hit the Powerball jackpot I can afford to go back lol

Since I just got back from a vacation in the Middle East last week, I was (already) craving Middle Eastern food and labneh, so I went into International Foods at Braker/Lamar. I was happily surprised to see that they have a deli in the back, where I ordered lunch. It was delicious (pretty darn near as good as what we had in the Middle East) and almost as inexpensive! I've also heard that the deli in Shahi Foods at Parmer/Lamar is even better, so that's my next stop.
