Exclamation 60 degrees in your house good?

My child lives in an apartment that is always 60 degrees -- year round. He has been sick and stressed out lately -- the only new thing is the apartment. Is this a good temperature?

No. I can't imagine who would be comfortable in a 60 degree living space. I wouldn't last one day. The difference between say 68 and 60 is huge.
