Last time I went to Z Tejas in the Arboretum they had a few gluten free menu items.

These days most non ethnic restaurants are aware of gluten free and know which dishes are gluten free.

I saw an ad in the Austin Relocation Guide that 90% of Garrido's menu is GF.

I know the OP isn't asking for San Antonio Bed and Breakfasts, but I just ran across one there called "Chicken's Paradise" that is gluten free.

Believe it or not, Maudie's has great Mexican food and has a Gluten-Free menu as well. Several locations throughout town.

Wild Wood Art Cafe has definitely closed. Another Blue Dahlia Bistro is going into that location.
