I've got a leak that was exposed by the storm yesterday. It's coming from the top of the interior of the window frame. It looks like it may have been caused by carpenter ants, so the water may be entering the house higher up, than trickling down, and out the near the window frame.

Any ideas on who I can call to deal with this? It seems like I need something more advanced than a window installation company.

Not sure, but whomever it is, make sure they can test/check for mold.
