Default Daycare/Mom's Day Out in Round Rock area

I am considering a job offer that would have my family and I moving to Austin. The location is on the North side and we would most likely be looking at homes in the Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown area. My kids (3 and 5 years old) currently go to a Mom's Day Out daycare where they are doing great. The other very attractive aspect of our current daycare is the flexibility of hours and very reasonable cost. My wife drops them off at 8:30am and I pick them up around 4-4:30pm. For these hours, 5 days per week, our tuition/fee is around $1100 per month. My wife's work varies, so there are weeks/months were we only have them in daycare from 9am-1pm each day. For those month's, tuition is a little over $600.

Does anyone have any recommendations for daycare in the areas we are looking and please share what your fees are.

Thanks in advance.

My experience is that we pay $2250 per month total for two kids under the age of 3 to go to a full-time, high quality day-care in the Cedar Park/Round Rock area. It sounds like you are getting an incredible deal right now. A lot of the good day-cares have long waiting lists around here. I'm sure something like what you have now would have a waiting list of at least a year if it even existed.

Mother's Day Out here is only a few hours in the morning, generally. I've never heard of a Mother's Day Out program with the full-time hours you describe, not here anyway; that's full-time care here.

Our preschool charges $935/ month for 5 days/wk preschool for 3-5 year olds and I believe that's 7am-6pm. 3 and under is $1020. The real preschool day however is 9am-2pm and the majority of the kids who are students, attend during this time only.

The school is located in southwestern Cedar Park.

The daycare that we currently use is a mix of full time daycare, and Mom's Day Out. Yes it is a great deal but we have kept our kids there because they like and seem to be developing well, even compared to some of our friends that send their kids to Primrose.
Any recommendations on daycares in the area we are considering?

If you, or anyone interested, there is a new day care center opening in Round Rock soon thats got comparable prices to some of the responses in the thread.

Its a business that is moving from a small in-home to the new facility, and it is one my daughter attends. They are also doing an open house and some little specials to get kids in the door. If anyones interested Id be happy to give afew more details and give you some info to get incontact with them. Thanks.
