I may know the neighborhood. We looked at 2511 Glen Springs just before it went contingent. Listing Details
(I loved it, but Mrs. didn't like being so close to Parker). Seemed safe to me. We saw dog-walkers and a little old lady, but no gang-bangers or drive-by's. As for the flippy house, it might have been mortgage fraud. I don't know to do it, but I know it gets done.
