If so, and you go through Clovis, and you eat hamburgers, stop at Foxy's Drive in.

We do that now every time we drive to Santa Fe or back.... Great, no frills, greasy burger (not really that greasy but not a fancy burger).

Usually we drive, but we're flying this time because it's such a short trip. Day trip to SF Thurs, Balloon Fiesta Friday, back to Austin Sat for ACL and Neil Young Sat night!

Glad we're not going to have to take the heavy coats.

Steve

"FALL" is not over yet, it could easily run through early Dec. Sometimes we never have FALL at all It cools off so gradually that the leaves never change colors, instead they slowly turn brown and fall off the trees.

It's pretty thick out there, now. Mid-ish 80s and rather warm in the sun...walked the dogs and worked up a bit of a sweat! That light shower this morning allowed things to steam up a mite.

We got the grass wet and a little running from the downspouts. Would have been JUST enough to get the freshly washed vehicles all spotty and yucky .(Glad I parked inside) As it was, the doggie got really wet paws on her morning jaunt.
